On November 11th, 2010, I made my 2nd trip to Isringhausen Imports located in Springfield, Illinois. I went there especially to see a few rare cars. I went expecting a few and ended up seeing a couple more than I expected.
For one, I went to go look at, take pictures and videos of a BMW Z8 they had on their showroom floor. I did that and when I was walking out of that showroom to the next, I saw another Z8 in the service bay. The one on the showroom was silver and in the service bay was red.
Another car I went to film was a red Porsche 997 GT3 RS. This car was kind of cool though because instead of having the stripes like they normally do, this one was straight red. Red is a very uncommon color, I consider it a rare find. I took a quick video and some photos of that car. It was quite a unique find.
Amongst all the cars though was another "special" car. A Mercedes-Benz SL63 AMG convertible. That car was sitting in the showroom of the Pre-owned section. Also in the section was a Corvette ZO6.
Isringhausen Imports is such a great dealership. The people there are always very kind. Amongst that, they always seem to get a great vast array of nice cars in their inventory. They constantly have Aston Martin's, Ferrari's, and even Mercedes SLS AMG's. This dealership is highly recommended to go to. Check it out sometime!

The ST. Louis European Autoshow is an annual event held every year since 1987, at the Plaza Frontenac outside Sak's Fifth Avenue in the Ladue/Clayton area of the ST. Louis Suburbs. The event itself is a pretty good sized event and is Sponsored by ST. Louis Motorsports; located in Chesterfield, MO.
The show itself is restricted to European cars strictly, hence the name. There is such a wide variety, expanding from Italian to German to British cars. Some of the major car brands include Lamborghini, Ferrari, and Porsche.
The 23rd Annual show, which happened on June 13th, 2010, had a great selection of this great variety of cars. ST. Louis Motorsports came out in full force for this show. In their tent, they had a Bugatti Veyron, Lamborghini Murcielago LP670 Superveloce, and beautiful Blu Mediterraneo Maserati Grancabrio.
This show presents 250 of the finest automobiles made; from the past, and present. There was a great selection of older cars also. Including a Bugatti Type 59.
This show is definitely one you cannot miss, and if you can, make it their this year! It is definitely worth the trip.
